BYU Genetic Risk Assessment collects information about patients including name, sex, date of birth, ethnicity/ancestry, email, and genetic data. This information is kept secure and only accessible by authorized clinicians and system administrators. When uploading their genetic data, patients can indicate that they would like it to be deleted as soon as their assessment is generated.
